Return / Replacement

We Provide 7 Days Return / Replacement or Exchange.

When you approach us for a return, believe us we will be more than happy to help you. Because it’s a great opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency, isn’t it? We will also get your feedback to improve our product and services. When you don’t like something, we encourage you to return it. Because when you don’t return it then it is a Lose-Lose Situation for both of us. You will lose your money and we will lose your trust, where trust is more precious than money. Rather we advise you to go ahead and ask for a refund/exchange. When we give you returns, we may lose some money, but it’s totally ok. Because we will earn your precious trust.

Help us to earn a more precious thing in our business, which is your trust, not money.

 Subject to the following conditions::

  • You must inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Sunglasses must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • The QR tag must be attached to the sunglasses in order for the return to be accepted.
  • If you purchased your sunglasses as part of a promotional sale (such as "buy one, get one upto 75% off"), we will only provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
  • In the event that you receive a wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9316332677 or email at support@sunglassic.com with your order number and a video of the received product.

 

In case you want Replacement or Exchange or Return:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup for you. but if reverse pickup is not serviceable on your given Pin-code then the customer has to send the parcel by himself/herself to us.
  • The customer needs to share the courier receipt with our customer care WhatsApp number +91 9316332677.
  • If the customer sends back the courier by himself/herself in that case we will provide him/her Rs.150/- Gift voucher.
  • We'd like to notify our valued customers that we offer a one-time replacement or exchange for our products. Should a customer wish for additional replacements or exchanges beyond the first, a nominal fee of Rs. 250/- will be applicable for each subsequent exchange or replacement. This fee is essential to cover shipping and handling costs. Once a one-time replacement has been availed, refunds for that specific product will not be possible. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and assure you that we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with both our products and services.
  • Do carefully seal the courier and send them back. Glasses that have been scratched bent, twisted, or gone through any wearing and tearing will not be returned.
    • After receiving the product, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. 
    • In case the product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Sunglassic.com can deny a refund to the customer. 
    • If Customers can raise a return request only via WhatsApp number +91 9316332677  or send an email to support@sunglassic.com with order details.
    • You need to mention your order number, the date of order, and your date of receipt; 
    • For the refund, a link will be shared where the customer can fill in the bank details.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases. We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive the product and issue a refund or replacement within 7 business days.

     

    POWER GLASS POLICY :

    • At Sunglassic.com, we offer customized POWER GLASS lenses that are specifically made for each customer. Because these lenses cannot be resold to another customer, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
    • If you receive a POWER GLASS product with a prescription and find that the prescription values are incorrect, we will provide a replacement product with the correct prescription. However, we cannot offer returns or refunds if the incorrect prescription values were entered at the time of order placement.

    • If there is a mistake on our end with the prescription of your POWER GLASS sunglasses, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp at +91 8980246000 or email at support@sunglassic.com with your order number and a video of the received product. We will process your request for a replacement as soon as possible.
